Abstract

Purpose: To evaluate changes in SFCT and CVI after intravitreal anti-VEGF injection therapy for neovascular AMD. Method: An observational case series was studied of 15 patients (15 eyes) who underwent anti vascular endothelial growth factor ( anti VEGF ) therapy for neovascular AMD. The 15 fellow eyes in these patients were used as controls. All eyes were evaluated with swept source optical coherence tomography ( SS-OCT ) and optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA).
